Hi, i'm looking to trace details of my grand fathers family, in-particular his father which i have no details of except surname of Sinagoga?

Grand fathers mother is Lucia Sinagoga(maiden name Valente?) (DOB 09/05/1909 Manchester,UK)

I believe Grand father himself was born Osvaldo Sinagoga in Picinisco on 28 April 1934 (hopefully a birth record exsists in the village).

Any details would be a great help.

The birth record for 1934 you will have to request from the town.
Picinisco has some interesting civil records that are not on film. Many Italians who went to the UK continued to register the births of their children with the Consulate who then forwarded it to Picinisco. You would have to go there to view that assuming the family did this.
