Cesido Di Marco & Maria Restitua Pelosi

I am in the process of tracking down my Italian ancestry & can now post more information. Hopefully someone knows more than me.

Cesido Di Marco - born in either Picinisco or Filigniano around 1850 came in Scotland before 1901. He is listed in the 1901 census as living with his sister Lucia and their parents, Gerardo Di Marco & Palomina Coia. I have no idea if they left older children behind in Italy but he did have a nephew, Gerardo in Scotland.

Palomina's parents were Antonio Coia and Maria Anna nee D'Ambruzio.

Maria Restituta's parents were Gaetano Pelosi & Iacinta. They were from Picinisco and did not come to Scotland until after 1901.

Maria restituta & Cesidio were my great grandparents and had the following children - LeonildaDimarco, Cesidio, Alfredo, Ernesto, Elvira & lost 2 in childhood.

Thanks for your reply. Cesidio Di Marco was likely to have been born around 1882 & I think in Filignano but not sure.

Maria Restituta Pelosi was born in Picinisco around 1887 & her parents were Gaetano Pelosi & Iacinta Valvona.

I searched the parish census of 1853 (updated to 1899 or so) and there is a Giacinta Valvona with her parents, siblings etc. and a notation that she married Gaetano Pelosi. She was born in 1850.
